Slightly higher and slightly more unpainted plastic: The Dacia Sandero instep way enjoys thanks to its pseudo-terrain look for years of great popularity. Now, the Romanian subsidiary of Renault comes even more on this map. In addition to step way versions of Dokker and Lodgy first Logan MCV instep way stands at the Geneva car show 2017 (March 9-19).

For those of you who know not so much in the Dacia range: The Logan MCV is a 4.49 meters long station wagon, starting at around 8,000 euros. With this, the step way variant shares the new honeycomb Grill and the four spoke steering wheel as measures of recent facelifts. However, stand-alone features are a two-tone front fascia, side sills and wheel arch extensions in black and mirror housings, and a roof rack in silver optics.
Uphill
Due to a height lowering by five centimeters from the ground of the Logan MCV instep way is 17.4 centimeters. Unchanged, at least 573 liter fit luggage in the trunk. In the cockpit the step way gets more chrome accents. Standard electric Windows are front, a center armrest for driver and front passenger, and Park beeper back plus a Hill Start assist. Optionally, Dacia provides also a reversing camera. The engine line-up consists of a Turbo petrol engine with 90 HP, for the on demand is an automated five-speed gearbox in the offer. The diesel it brings also to 90 HP, a start stop system is fitted as standard. Where could the Logan MCV instep way be priced? The Sandero is around 1,500 euros more expensive, the step way much better equipment so that the rustic wagon at 12,790 euro could begin. (rh)
