Citroën strengthened its offensive outside Europe and introduces new versions of the C4 L in China and the C4 sedan in Russia. The sales figures are much higher than about the quantities of the C4 in Germany, where 12.384 piece could be deposed in the year 2015 just especially in China.
New version of the C4 L in China
An absolute model of success is the C4 L in China: around 170,000 copies were sold since the launch in 2013. End of July 2016 a new version was introduced by car produced in Wuhan. The headlights look in the future similar to the China version of the C6 (long since expired in Europe). At the rear there are slightly modified rear lights, also the cockpit will become clearer. The C4 L in China starting at 134,900 Yuan (approximately 18,000 euros) offered, available with 1,2 - or 1.6-litre turbo petrol engine.
C4 sedan for the Russian market
Similarly, the appropriate car for Russia looks like the China model. The Citroën C4 sedan is produced approximately 150 kilometres southwest of Moscow in Kaluga. This model was introduced in 2013, the sales figures are less impressive: round 23,000 vehicles have been sold so far. The new edition is introduced in September 2016, in the wake of the Moscow Motor Show (24 August to 4 September 2016). The front with new headlights and the taillights are also new. There's the C4 sedan in Russia from 879.000 rubles, approximately 12,000 euros. Sucking gasoline engine with 115 and 120 HP, as well as a 150-Horsepower turbocharged gasoline engines are offered here. (sl)
