The 2017 model year Land Rover upgrades its flagship range Rover. It receives new driver assistance systems and a new top trim SVAutobiography dynamic.
New top version with dynamic chassis
The new top is available only with the 5.0 litre supercharged V8 550 HP and only with normal wheelbase. The Sports Department special vehicle operations (SVO) donated a more agile fine-tuning that should not affect the comfort chassis. The body has been lowered to eight millimeters. Outside, the top version has dark grey accents on the side air intakes and the front bumper as well as four highly polished exhaust ports. You have the choice between 21 - and 22-inch wheels; three wheel designs are reserved exclusively for this model. As the first range Rover model receives Brembo brakes with red calipers.
Red rockers and more
Leather seats are of the SVAutobiography dynamic equipment with diamond quilted pattern and contrast stitching. The headliner is covered with perforated leather, dashboard and door panels, there are black piano lacquer elements. The drive-select switch for the transmission, the start-stop button, and the pedals are ribbed design. New wizard
In all versions of the range Rover, an Assistant to reversing complements the program with trailer. New Infotainment
The new Infotainment System InControl touch Pro is controlled by a 10.2 inch touch screen with dual-view technology (different images for driver and front passenger). The app then leads the driver to the vehicle where the built-in navigation system takes over. At the finish the navigation over then goes back to the Smartphone. If you want you can send for example the estimated time of arrival to friends or relatives. Before air-conditioning, the alarm system and even the motor can be started via Smartphone app.
Market launch in winter
No less than 19 new paint colors were included in the program. All are shiny or satin. Sales start for the modified range Rover is in winter 2016/2017. Prices start at 97.100 euro, 700 euros more than at present. The new version SVAutobiography dynamic will be sure about the 183.500 euro, which are required for the current SVAutobiography with normal wheelbase and 550 HP. (sl)
