Ford GT40 and GT by LEGO

There are still about three weeks up to Christmas Eve 2016, but LEGO is already Christmas. Together with the car manufacturer Ford, two legendary racing car of the American brand transformed into fun blocks-kits. Curtains up for the LEGO versions of two Le Mans winner, as you have never seen them.

Two special Ford race car

The toy maker LEGO has with its 'speed champions' products a series in the program that brings sports and racing cars in kit form in the children's room around the world. In addition to as-sounding names such as Ferrari LaFerrari or Porsche 918, you can take also a carton from the LEGO shelf where not one, but two Ford GT waiting to be built. Let's start with the overall winner of the 24-hour race at Le Mans in 1966 of the Ford GT40 with start number two by Chris Amon and Bruce McLaren. The oldie with the reissue and the GT class winner of the endurance classic from the year 2016 is flanked the Ford GT GTE by Dirk Müller, Sébastien Bourdais and Joey hand in his beautiful red blue-and white livery.

From March 2017 in the trade

The car kit is completed by various rider figures, a checkered flag and an obligatory winner's trophy. However, we must disappoint all Ford friends who wanted to go the set under the Christmas tree.
