If anyone has earned his retirement, then it is the first Generation of the Dacia Duster. Since 2010, the Discount is Crossover on the market, and with more than a Million units sold, he has risen within the last seven years the most successful model of the Romanian Renault subsidiary. Just in time for the Frankfurt motor show in 2017, there are now new Duster cloth and if you look at the first official images, the Dacia has released today, then you can only come to one conclusion: Romanians go on the safe side.
Rather, evolutionary
Why would you even radical tinkering with a concept that has worked so well? And so the second Duster-Generation acts as if you had hunted the previous simply by a dedusting Filter. The sturdy-pleasing Design is in the ground floor. At the rear there are new taillights, which look a bit arg to the Jeep Renegade, but the affordable SUV a welcome shot of high-tech miss. In the front, the new Duster looks largely like the old Duster. The headlights are a little wider, there is a more modern grille, and a distinctive silver underride protection made of special, scratch-resistant plastic that looks, like a cowcatcher on the front.
Higher shoulder, steeper windscreen
Other new features in the Duster: There is now a black mudguard panels, roof pillars made of aluminum and newly designed 17-incher. In addition, the Duster gets a higher shoulder line and the steeper shaped windshield moves for a better sense of space around ten inches to the front.
Interior well, with the greatest jump
Images of the Duster interiors keeps Dacia still under wraps, although it tells us that the most significant Changes are to be expected in comparison to the first Generation. The manufacturer speaks of "improved travel comfort thanks to a completely redesigned, high-quality interiors and new equipment". The official Premiere of the Dacia Duster 2018 will be held on 12. September 2017 at the IAA. A rumored planned seven-seater Duster variant with an extended wheelbase has already been excluded.(sw)
