Every year meet the car and tuning fans in Germany at the end of the season in Essen. 2016 the motor show the 49th Edition will take place from the 26.11 up to 4.12.. This year there is again much to see. Except for the products of renowned manufacturers and tuners, there to gaze at some special exhibitions. We have all the information about the fair in Essen.
Tuning, tuning, tuning
Next to the stands of various car manufacturers such as Ford, BMW and Porsche, especially the numerous tuning vehicles attract many fans to food. Highlights of automotive design
Also temporary exhibitions have been always an important agenda in Essen. 2016, there are two of them. In Hall 3, studies, concept cars and prototypes under the motto of "Highlights of automotive design" wait for the visitors. Exhibitors include among others David Brown automotive, Italdesign Giugiaro, Rinspeed and Zagato. Also in Hall 3, the exhibition "70 years of Ferrari History and motor racing 1947 until 2017" takes place. There, formula 1 and GT cars of the legendary brand of Maranello shoulder-to-shoulder with the exciting road vehicles of the Italians can be admired.
Young - and Oldtimer
Also the great "classic and prestige Salon", the engine is show since 35 years part of the Essenes, finds again instead. On 8,100 square meter over 250 young - and Oldtimer present themselves to visitors in Hall 1. These can be admired, photographed and even bought. Several large vintage car dealer care on-site to potential customers.
Opening times and prices
The fair is the two open on weekends from 9 to 18.00, on weekdays from 10 to 18 h. A day ticket costs €16, discount you must put 13 euros. From 15: 00 only ten euros are due from Monday to Friday. 13 euros per person, parking a group ticket from 15 persons EUR 8 per day.
