Who Coupé would like to see the new Mercedes-Benz GLC, which is at the New York International Auto Show (March 25-April 3) probably will be disappointed. The Stuttgart showed the vehicle only on an Eve event and not roll it on the Mercedes stand. But do not be sad: we have all pictures and information about the latest Coupé d ' état star.
GLE Coupé in small
The GLC is around eight centimeters longer than the SUV brother GLC 4,73 m Coupé. At the height of the new vehicle deviates around four centimeters down. As well as at the GLE Coupé ensures the now unfortunately typical form the sloping roofline. On the front of the GLC athletic makes Coupé with a short overhang, a skid plate and large side air intakes. Over the high edge of the Board with broad shoulders in the sidelines, it's the wide rear end with integrated exhaust aperture, a skid as a diffuser and narrow full LED taillights.
1.7 tonnes
The 1710 kg vehicle comes standard with a sport suspension and the usual five driving programs. Air suspension with roll reduction is optionally available. The newly tuned direct steering gets in the "Sport" modes and "sports plus" a sportier characteristic.
Four diesel and four gasoline engine
The GLC Coupé comes a plug-in hybrid with eight engines, four diesel engines and four petrol engines included. The weakest vehicle produces 170 HP, in the AMG GLC Coupé hits 43 4Matic 367-HP six-cylinder heart. In less than five seconds will be thus to 100. The plug-in hybrid has a system output of 320 HP and can run purely on electricity up to 30 kilometers. All vehicles except the hybrid are equipped with a nine-speed-automatic transmission. The plug-in vehicle receives a specially designed seven-speed automatic.
Edition 1 and mark start of autumn
As with other models offers Mercedes the GLC Coupé "Edition 1" special design, which combines numerous extras. Include 20-inch alloy wheels, special paint finishes, leather upholstery in bi-color are on board. Mark start is for the GLC Coupé in the autumn of 2016.(mf)
