The Audi A8 is now for 2010 on the market and fits both visually and technically not more so in the current portfolio of Ingolstädter. But the sequel is already in the starting blocks and already diligently laps his test. Our Erlkönig Hunter has now photographed a heavily camouflaged model at the Arctic circle. New details in the light

So the slim lines on the scale makes itself felt, Audi refines the material mix with views of lightweight construction. It is also conceivable that the A8 shares the platform with the in the autumn 2016 published new Porsche Panamera. The engines we expect on the gasoline side the four liter V8 with 450 HP from the Audi S6 and in the important Chinese market a W12. Whether the initial diesel 272 or 320 HP will exhibit, is still open. It is sure, however, that the previous 4.2 TDI will be replaced by the drive of the SQ7. There electric compressor complement a four liter V8, the capacity is 435 HP. The Q7 series contributes also a diesel plug-in hybrid, this puts it in a performance of 373 PS.(MF)
