Suzuki Grand Vitara

The produced since 1991 Suzuki Grand Vitara is the long version of the Suzuki Vitara, which was built until 1998 as its own model and is the largest series of Japanese SUV. Since then, the big Suzuki Grand Vitara SUV than is offered in various versions: First came the four-door Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.5 V6 and the Suzuki Grand Vitara diesel with its 2.0 four-cylinder turbo diesel engine. In 1999 followed a two-door version, which found many adherents among other things, as the Suzuki Grand Vitara Convertible. The currently offered five-door Suzuki Grand Vitara Limited is available with a common-rail turbo diesel engine with either a 2.0-liter petrol engine as well as the Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.9 DDiS, makes 129 hp and meets since 2012, the EURO 5 standard. Already in 2006, the long version of Suzuki Grand Vitara XL-7 was associated with a 2.7-liter V6 petrol engine on the market, but not in Germany. As befits a compact SUV, the Suzuki Grand Vitara four-wheel drive can be switched on or off manually. As a 3-door SUV Suzuki Grand Vitara comes standard equipped with 16 - inch aluminum wheels in the City facilities and comfort since 2010. The 5-door SUV has the Comfort trim level from the factory in addition xenon headlights. Special models such as the three-door Grand Vitara Black and White, or five-door Suzuki Grand Vitara Comfort + underline the claim of Suzuki to build cars for the road as for the terrain. For the 2013 model year was the SUV donated a facelift : Subtle changes to the bumper and grille, fancier seat covers and matching interior make the Suzuki Grand Vitara model fit for the second cycle. The engines, however, remained untouched.
