That was an autonomous 'mobility', which consists of an electrical platform on which a 'pod' can be placed. The Snap can in theory be used for passenger transport, but can also be used as a self-driving van. Now presents Rinspeed the microSnap, a study model that the concept of the Snap, but still a hefty size smaller is carried out.
What format is the microSnap namely similar to the Renault Twizy, and that means that he has not yet 2.5 meters long. The small autonomous microSnap is just like the 4,69 meter long Snap from a chassis, the 'skateboard' in which all the technique for both the drive if the autonomous skills are processed. Rinspeed says in January 2019 and also with a robot to bring it to the Consumer Electronics Show that the pod of the platform can separate. More information comes in the run-up to the CES free.
