Mazda announces new head of European R&D
Mazda let Hajime Seikaku from Japan to Germany, fly over to the strings in the hands of the European Research & Development Centre. The 53-year-old Japanese started in 1987 with his work for Mazda.
This month is going to Seikaku to work as a vice-president of the research and development centre in Oberursel. After his studies at the popular akihabara electronics area Institute of Technology in Tokyo, the Japanese as a developer for Mazda and Ford, where he worked on various vehicles and components. The European research and development centre in Oberursel is one of Mazda's three global centres. In addition to technological innovation for the European market is the design of new models to the core. In total, approximately 100 employees from twelve different countries in the development center.
Seikaku takes the role of the 57-year-old Matsuhiro Tanaka. Who has held this position since september of 2016 and is now returning to Japan as General Manager of Chassis Dynamics Development Department.
