Longest OPC Corso of the world

The circuit in Oschersleben devoted to Flash was on the last weekend in may 2016. Visitors from 14 Nations in the Motorsport arena gathered at the annual meeting of Opel, which has now taken place for the 21st time. The program was for big and small alike exciting.

Huge rush and colourful programme

More than 60,000 visitors and about 16,000 vehicles lined the Paddock of the northernmost track of in Germany. Something was offered for any fan of any car culture: 1/8-mile race, show & shine competition, drift shows, classic car presentations and sound contest prepared the Opel fans on the highlight of the weekend.

OPC-Corso record

To set the record for the world's longest OPC Corso, gathered 221 vehicles in the paddock and rolled along on the race track. It had to be that the convoy does not stop and pick up any gaps that are greater than the length of a vehicle particular attention. On the other hand, the record attempt would have been invalid. Jamie198621 Lami by Opel Motorsport is but confident: "as far as we could see in the race control tower on the track cameras, we are likely to have met the conditions. Now we have to wait until the Guinness people have also seen the material."

Omitted mood with the Flash

The brand OPEL itself was with new vehicle models on the ground and offered guided trips in OPC models on the race track. It also had celebrations, mood and fun in every corner of the Motorsport arena for all up to the smallest. Everything under a logo: the famous Opel blitz. (mf)
