The Monster of Zagato

Zagato presented at this year's Concorso Villa d'Este d`Eleganza ( 22 to 24 May 2015) a nice car with a menacing name: the Zagato Maserati Mostro. The nickname is translated into German for " Monster ". The car is a tribute to the Maserati 450S, which the Italian coachbuilder had missed together with aerodynamic icon Frank Costin already in 1957, a coupe - dress. The client was Stirling Moss, who took with the car at the 24 - hour race at Le Mans ?? from this period dates also the nickname.
Carbon and Trans-Axle construction
The dress of the Mostro - edition consists mainly of carbon and aluminum. The most notable detail is a powerful wing which sits above the rear.
