Once in the year Jeep and its performance Division Mopar organise a big offroad party, the "Easter Safari" of automakers. Also 2017 it goes around back in the town of Moab, Utah. Jeep fans on a large event can enjoy from 8 to April 16. Two brand new concept vehicles are at the start.
Two new concept cars
The 51st Edition of the "Easter Safari" will using Jeep to present the two concept cars "Jeep Quicksand" and "Jeep Switchback". The manufacturer equal to seven studies showed the 2016er Edition of the nine-day off-road trip. But: 2016 "Easter Safari" as well as the brand celebrated Jeep important anniversaries. The event was held for the 50th time and Jeep was 75 years old. For this year, we expect two interesting concepts with off-road look. On the two teaser images a jeep appears as the basis for the studies each Wrangler used to come. We will know probably only in what form these however were modified during the "Easter Safari". This way, culminates on Easter Saturday traditionally in the "big Saturday".
51 years "Easter Safari"
The "Easter Safari" collected 2017 various one-day Offroadtouren at the wheels, which guide the participants around the city of Moab, Utah, United States. The area is known for its "Trails" routes, which are suitable for off-road tours. The first "Easter Safari" Moab was launched in 1966 by the Chamber of Commerce of the city and continued every year since. (mf)
