Bentley deletes Bentayga Diesel

The first Bentley with a diesel engine is not long lived. The 2016 presented Bentayga Diesel is already removed from the market.

In 2015 presented Bentayga was the first SUV from Bentley, a car that a year later was given the honour of the first Bentley with a diesel engine. The diesel version of the Bentayga is in Europe removed from the market, but will still be available in countries like Australia and South Africa.

According to Bentley, the changing attitude of Europe in relation to dieseltechniek, together with the advent of the Bentayga V8 ensured that the brand attention not to dieseltechniek, but electrification would spend. With that last refers to Bentley, no doubt, in the earlier this year presented Bentayga Hybrid, a plug-in hybrid with an electric motor linked V6 petrol engine under the hood.

We are still awaiting a response from Bentley (Leusden) the Netherlands.
