This year is the 50th birthday at Mercedes-AMG. The sports car and performance brand from Affalterbach takes the round anniversary as an opportunity to present three special editions: the "Edition 50", the "night Edition" and the "Ocean Blue Edition". Five models benefit from the processing and will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2017 (March 9-19).
AMG GT C Roadster Edition 50
The AMG GT C Roadster will be available in a limited quantity of 500 units as 'Edition 50'. The special model is characterised by one of two painting named "graphite designo magno" or "designo cashmere white magno". To join the dark chrome accents and AMG forged wheels in the cross-spoke design. Inside the 'Edition 50' make-lettering, powerful Roadster Special Edition grey stitching and the standard 'AMG night package"on the 557 PS carefully.
AMG C 43 Coupé and convertible night Edition
The "night Edition" is, as it name suggests, black accents. You find yourself at various Exterieurdetails like the grill, the trim on the front splitter, or on the rear bumper and side skirts. In addition, there are matte black 19-incher with luster machined wheel rims as well as a plaque on the center console, showing the "night Edition" as such. Performance technically no two models change. Both convertible and Coupé have a 3.0 liter V6 bi turbo with 367 Horsepower and 520 Newton metres of torque under the hood. The convertible sprints in 4.8 seconds to 100, the Coupé is 0.1 seconds faster and is down regulated at 250 km/h.
AMG 63 C convertible and C 63 S convertible Ocean Blue Edition
These models are according to the Mercedes-AMG "for a particular design-orientated and fashion-conscious target group oriented". 150 copies of the C 63 convertible (476 HP) and the C 63 S convertible (510 PS) as a whole are therefore an electric fabric hood in the shade "Ocean Blue" labeled with. This color is then reflected in numerous other vehicle details (crown moldings, decorative stitching, wheel trim covers and the analog clock). As paint finishes "designo cashmere white magno" and "designo selenite grey magno" are available, the wheels measure 19 inch front and 20-inch rear axle. Head space heating and seat air conditioning come as standard.
Premiere, market introduction, prices
All special editions can be ordered from 6 March 2017. Deliveries begin in June 2016. Only at the AMG GT C Roadster Edition 50 must to be patient until July 2016. Prices called way, not the manufacturer. You will learn more probably shortly before the official premiere. (ml)
