In 2013 Wiesmann went bankrupt, now is the sports car with the Gecko back. In early December 2015, the meeting of creditors of the insolvent small batch manufacturer agreed to a sale. After just before the end, a Chinese investor had expressed interest in the company but was now on two Englishmen.

Roheen and Sahir Berry acquire the Wiesmann property, the production and the trade mark. While still a creditor has filed an objection against the decision of the Assembly, but about a court must first decide. Exclusive sports car
The Gecko - building in Dülmen is the central location for development and production. In the next few years an eight-digit amount in the company to be invested.
