After two cars caught fire, Porsche suspend the delivery of other GT3 models. Now the cause is to be sought for the fires.
After two previously unexplained vehicle fires Porsche now stops the delivery of the particularly sporty offshoot 911 GT3. Currently, the manufacturer is looking for the cause of the two incidents that have happened in Italy and Switzerland in early February. In both cases, the noble race cars had been completely destroyed by the fire. The 350 kW/470 hp sports car with racing genes is on the market only since August 2013. So far the manufacturer has delivered 322 cars at a price of at least EUR 137 303.
