At the IAA 2015 in Frankfurt ( September 17 to 27 ) will show the first time the new Mercedes C - Class Coupé. Edition 1 interior
In the interior the racing feeling continues: AMG Leather sports seats, take the exterior color yellow in contrast stitching of the diamond tread pattern on. The seams are also in the door panels, the armrests and the steering wheel rim again. More yellow accents can be found in the instrument cluster, in the analog clock on the center console and in the floor mats. The ornamental part in the center console, however, is executed in matt carbon.
Second variant significantly understated
The exterior of the second edition - 1 variant is kept discreet: The foiled strips are dull gray, high-sheen rim flanges and the Sport tire and the ceramic composite braking system available only at extra cost. This variant is available for all exterior finishes. Whether showy yellow or not, on both models provides an aerodynamic package with all the typical air tails for the street-legal racing appearance. In addition, Mercedes grabs a " AMG - Night Package" on top. It includes chrome tailpipes, a radiator grille with double silberchromener lamella, many high-gloss black parts and tinted glass from the B-pillar.
The technical basis, launch and prices
As the technical basis of the Edition 1 is the normal and new C 63 AMG Coupé, sits a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo petrol engine with 476 hp or 510 hp ( in the S version ) under the hood. The weaker engine catapults the Coupe in 4.0 seconds from zero to 100, the stronger version creates in breathtaking 3.9 seconds. The launch is to take place in March 2016th Just in time for its market launch, the Edition 1 will then be available. The prices does not reveal the manufacturer.
