The Mercedes-Benz CL 600 Coupe was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 1999 and built until 2005. It was equipped with a 367 hp and 6.0 liter twelve-cylinder engine with dual ignition. After a model revision in 2002, the V12 engine of the Mercedes CL 600 was equipped with two turbochargers and so increased the power to 500 hp. This accelerates the large Mercedes coupe in 4.8 seconds from 0-100 km / h, top speed is electronically limited to 250 km / hr. The Active Body Control (ABC), the Mercedes CL 600 fits through the use of electronically controlled hydraulic cylinder to the wheels and the suspension damping the body quickly to the current driving situation. When moving off, cornering or braking, the active suspension on the Mercedes CL 600 compensates the usual body movements almost completely. The standard leather upholstery of the interior includes not only the seats but also including the instrument panel, the side panels of the doors and the center console armrest.
