Mazda 110 S Cosmo

The built 1966-1972 Mazda Cosmo Sport 110S was the first production car, which was equipped with a rotary engine. The first 60 (of 80) pre-series Mazda Cosmo Sport 110S were delivered for testing to traders after the engine was revised again. The Mazda Cosmo Sport 110S is a two-seat coupe, which was built despite the extremely beautiful designs over the entire duration of only 1,519 copies. The two-rotor Wankel engine of the Mazda Cosmo Sport 110S provides the L10A variant (until 1968) and in the 110 hp from July 1968 built long-wheelbase variant L10B 128 hp. Unfortunately, the Mazda Cosmo Sport 110S was officially sold only in Japan. The successor to Mazda RX-5, RX-7 and Mazda RX-8 are all equipped with the unique rotary engine.
