With the 1995-2004 produced in the Netherlands C-segment sedan Mitsubishi Carisma the Japanese car company tried to put on the European market. The Mitsubishi Carisma was available in four trim levels : as a standard Classic model, as well as the sporty version Avance upscale versions Comfort and Elegance. There were also special models such as the Mitsubishi Carisma Carisma GLX or Evo. All variants of Mitsubishi Carisma are fitted as standard with a comprehensive safety package that includes, among other things, driver, passenger and side airbags as well as ABS.
